Order Information - How to Order
As you browse through the website, click on ‘BUY NOW’ for items that you would like to purchase. You can continue shopping until you have finished browsing and have selected all items you want to purchase. You are now ready to place your order. Imwrapped.com offers a four-step ordering process:

Step 1: View Cart
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. Now you can add or delete items, change quantities. You are also asked if you would like to add a 'Recommended Item' to your trolley at this stage.  
Step 2: Proceed to Check Out
You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping address for any gift recipients. You can enter the Discount / Coupon Code here if you have any.
Step 3: Confirm the details
Tour order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance. You can use the order number on this page to track the status of your order through our online Customer Service 24 hours after it has been placed.

Return Policy
At Imwrapped.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We pay great attention to the finest detail on design, materials, safety and construction so that you and your baby will enjoy the superb quality of our products. Prior to shipment and delivery we carefully inspect your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if upon delivery you notice any damage to your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so we can organise the prompt replacement of your goods.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including changing your mind), you may return your product within 14 days from the purchase date only if it has been unused and in its original, undamaged packaging* for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on discount-sale items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

*If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please note that we cannot arrange to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for our technicians to assess the cause of the problem.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. If you do not have your original invoice, please contact our Customer Service: (02) 9743 4546 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (EST) or email to info@imwrapped.com. Once we have received the return product, a refund will be arranged, but please note that postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage should be covered at your own cost.

Cancellation of an Order
To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer service team immediately on (02) 9743 4546 or via email at info@imwrapped.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped.
