Qu. 1: How are your products delivered?
A: Australia Post will deliver all of our parcels to locations in Australia during normal business hours free of charge. Please contact us on Ph: (02) 9743 4546 or email us at info@imwrapped.com if you need any further assistance.
Qu. 2: How long does it take for you to deliver after an order has been placed?
A: All orders are processed and sent from our warehouse within two working days. Australia post will deliver them to the nominated location within 3-8 days, depending on the location. Most of our customers report that their orders have been received within 3 working days after having placed an order.
Qu. 3: What happens if there is no one home when the parcel is delivered?
A: If there is no one at the nominated delivery address when the parcel is delivered, a card will be placed at the location in either a mail box or other appropriate place where it can easily be seen. The card will advise the recipient to collect the parcel from the local post office.
Qu. 4: Where do you deliver?
A: We can organise delivery for anywhere within Australia. We also offer a special courier service for fast deliveries for that day (order must be placed before 10AM) and also can arrange to send your parcel overseas. A: We accept Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard and American Express.
Qu. 6: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes, for every order that you submit online at Imwrapped.com you will receive an email order confirmation and receipt. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. We recommend that you keep a printout of this confirmation for your records.

A: If you are uncomfortable with placing an order online at Imwrapped.com using your credit card that is not a problem.
